The GrowCove service area is located in Madison County, AL, and is roughly bounded by Monte Sano Mountain, the Flint River, Keel Mountain, the northern boundary of Owens Cross Roads, Green Mountain, and Huntsville Mountain.
Jurisdiction is split between the City of Huntsville (incorporated areas) and Madison County (unincorporated areas). Multiple Alabama state house and senate districts also cover the Cove.
